2. Members, having trouble getting access to the Member Only Web Site with your username/password?

• Forget your username/ password? Click here for help.
• Did you click the right link? Remember Free! members must click the Free! member link and not the Paid member link, and vice-versa.
• The password is case sensitive and was registered exactly in the case you submitted it.

• Click here to download the readme file for installing and using your Gold CD-ROM 
• For detailed information, consult the Gold CD-ROM Technical Support Menu  in the Paid Member Help Center (username/password required) or contact MCOL.
• Support pages are provided for each Gold software feature once you have installed the CD-ROM. Select the Support link from the Gold main menu.
