There is a growing movement among employers toward Integrated
Health Care (the integration of medical, pharmacy, dental,
vision and disability benefits). Among companies with 100+
employees, 46% are actively integrating their benefit program;
71% are actively or considering integration; and 25%
are considering integration. Of the 71% of employers actively integrating or considering integration, here
is where they stand: 9% have a strategy,18% are implementing a
strategy,19% have implemented a program, 25% are considering
implementing a program.
