Patty Jamison has been an integral member of the MCOL team since 1995, shortly after its inception.  As Director of Operations, Patty directs all customer support activities, including: processing of member registrations, facilitation of e-commerce order transactions, triage of customer inquiries, oversight of e-mail delivery services, maintenance of customer databases and management of key web site content areas.

Patty and her support staff have received rave reviews from MCOL customers for their high level of personalized service and attentiveness to individual customer needs.

In addition to her unparalleled people skills, Ms. Jamison has extensive experience in customer support and processing management, web page design and maintenance, development of adobe acrobat files, and maintenance of email distribution lists, applicable databases and web site content files.

Ms. Jamison earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Davis.
