Paul Draper is a director and Secretary of Managed Care On-Line. Mr. Draper provides direction and support in strategic planning and capital formation. Mr. Draper has over 25 years of executive management experience. He is President of Centerra Capital, Inc., an investment banking/investment management firm specializing in mid-size companies. His areas of expertise are operations, strategic planning, and corporate finance.
Mr. Draper has been involved in investment management for the last 3 years. He is a vice president for PTI Securities based in Chicago, which handles retail & institutional investment opportunities. He is also President of his own company, Centerra Capital Inc., a regional venture catalyst company. Mr. Draper’s current work evolved from his experiences in executive management positions with several food industry companies. These include: President and CEO of Valley Fruit & Nut, General Manager of Triple E Produce Corporation, Vice President of Horizon Irrigation Systems and President of California Gold, Inc., a dried fruit operation. Mr. Draper’s extensive experience in top-level management positions, plus his entrepreneurial nature, brings a wealth of diverse knowledge to MCOL. Mr. Draper has been instrumental in assisting Managed Care On-Line management.
Mr. Draper earned his Master in Business Administration from Harvard University and his Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in agricultural economics and business management from the University of California, Davis. Mr. Draper also is a licensed securities registered representative.
