MCOL Web Site Banner Advertising Terms and Conditions

	MCOL Web Site Banner Ads are not rotated with other ads on the designated page. Continuous placement is provided during the designated period.
	Advertisements commitments are for a minimum of one month on a first-come first-served basis
	Advertisements prices will be pro-rated for ads originating after the 1st of a given month
	MCOL may place a maximum time that an ad may be committed for a designated page at its discretion
	Banner images are recommended be approximately 472w by 64h pixels. Ads are to be supplied by Advertiser unless prepared by MCOL for additional fee.  Advertiser needs to also supply link information.
	MCOL may decline any ad based on MCOL’s sole decision regarding compatibility with the page
	Ad Agencies: Advertisements are accepted from agencies, and commissions are available

	Submitting Banner Image:  just attach file with link information, in an e-mail  to: mcare@mcol.com. If the ad exists somewhere else on the web already, you can simply provide the web address of where the ad can be found.
